Days after the brutal murder of Deborah Samuel, A sound engineer simply identified as David has been lynched and burned to death by a group of men alleged to be Hausa.
According to a report by Sahara Reporters, This occurred over a disagreement between the father of two and a motorcyclist over a balance of N100 when David was on his way home from a club at Lekki Phase 1 a few days ago.
In a video that has now gone viral on social media, the deceased was beaten alongside some yet to be identified men believed to be his friends.
Two of the men believed to be his friends are Frank, a saxophone player and Phillip a keyboardist. Both of them are currently receiving treatment in an undisclosed hospital.
Narrating how David got murdered, twitter user Ufuoma(@thecoloredpen), explained that David and the okada rider got into an argument over N100 balance from the trip.
She further added that the other okada riders who were of the same tribe as the one carrying David, came out to “avenge” their brother. These men beat up David and his friends.
Ms. Ufuoma went on to say that David was burnt and lynched after the beating there on the road.
